What this site is for, and when you should ignore it
Every shopping agent offers the same five things, so the feature list is useless for choosing. What separates them is what they write down. Here is what this one writes down, and where none of it helps you.
This site is an OrientDig partner and earns a fee on orders placed through its links. Nothing here is written or approved by them.
FACT
The part nobody differs on
What every agent does the same
Before anything about this one, the boring truth: the shape of the service is identical everywhere. A shopping agent takes a link, buys the goods in CNY, receives them at a warehouse in China, photographs them, holds them, and posts a consolidated parcel abroad. Every service in this market does that, and the official diagrams all look like this one.
So a feature list is not a reason to pick anybody. Purchasing, storage, photos, consolidation and multi-currency payment are the job, not an advantage, and a site that presents them as advantages is padding.
What actually varies between services is narrower and less exciting: what they write down, what they refuse to write down, how they behave when a seller goes quiet, and what they charge for the things that are not in the headline price. The rest of this page is about that.
FACT
What OrientDig states in writing
The useful question about any agent is what it has committed to on a page you can link to. This is that list for this one, split into the two halves that matter, both read on 2026-09-22.
Commitments with a number attached
Orders in business hours handled in about six hours, orders outside them by early the next afternoon. Purchase within a day of your confirmation. A seller chased within forty-eight hours, first follow-up on day four, then every few days. Delivery as fast as 7 working days on the published service description.
One free return or exchange a month, charged after that. A refund landing within four to ten days of the seller actually refunding. A free set of inspection photographs before the parcel goes.
None of these are remarkable in isolation. What is worth something is that they are written as numbers, because a number can be missed and a sentiment cannot.
Exclusions stated just as plainly
Electronics, branded goods, tickets and cards cannot be professionally inspected, and the reason given is that the equipment is not switched on. Fragile breakage is the buyer risk. Customs charges are not theirs. Sensitive goods come out of the parcel rather than being refused at checkout.
The returns page says the final decision rests with the seller, and that the return shipping is yours even when the listing offered free delivery. The prohibited items list says it is not guaranteed to be complete.
An agent that publishes its own exclusion list is easier to plan around than one that implies it checks everything.

What this site adds, and what it cannot add
This site is not the agent and does not handle anything. It is a reading of their published pages, arranged in the order you meet the decisions. That is a genuinely useful thing and a strictly limited one, so here is both halves.
| What you get here | Where it comes from | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| The decisions in order | Their pages, rearranged from topic order into the order an order actually happens | Not a different set of rules. If we disagree with a page of theirs, they are right and we are wrong. |
| A date on every quote | Each section names the page it came from and the day it was read | Not a live feed. Policies change without telling anyone, and a dated quote is a starting point for checking, not a substitute. |
| A catalogue to browse | Category links into a live product catalogue, sixteen shelves deep | Not a shop and not stock. Nothing here is for sale, and no listing behind a link is guaranteed to still exist. |
| A stated position on quality claims | The published disclaimers about what the inspection does and does not cover | Not a verdict on any seller or any item. We have no more information about that than you do. |

When you should use someone else
Four situations where this site, this agent, or both, are the wrong tool. None of this is modesty. Reading a guide that never says no is how people end up with a parcel they cannot use.
When the item is electronic and expensive
The disclaimers say the equipment is not switched on. If a working test is the thing you actually need, a domestic retailer with a warranty is worth the extra money, and no amount of extra photographs replaces it.
When the category is on the prohibited list
Supplements, medical devices, anything that transmits, precious metals, anything wooden. Do not look for a route round it. Buy it locally and spend the effort on the things that cannot be bought locally. What can ship has the list.
When you need it by a specific date
The published speed is a best case, and the chain has three independent places it can stall: the seller, the warehouse, and customs in your own country. If a date matters, this is not the way to buy it.
When you would not be happy paying the whole amount today
This applies to deposit orders especially, which cannot be cancelled and forfeit the deposit. It applies more generally too. The return route exists but it is charged, and the first leg of the return shipping is yours.

What this site earns, and what that should mean to you
We are an OrientDig partner and we earn a fee on orders placed through our links.
That is worth stating in the same size type as everything else. It is how the site is paid for, it is entirely normal in this market, and it gives us an obvious interest in you clicking through.
What it should mean to you is a reading instruction rather than an alarm. Trust the parts of this site that quote a page and date the quote, because those are checkable against the original in about thirty seconds and the links are right there. Be more sceptical of anything that reads like an opinion about how good the service is, including on this page.
It is also why the section above exists. A site earning a referral fee that never tells you to go elsewhere is not being careful with you. The about page names who runs this and how to reach them.
